Participation agreement

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in physical exercise and training activities involves inherent risks of injury. These risks include, but are not limited to, muscle strains, joint injuries, cardiovascular events, and other physical harm. I voluntarily assume all such risks.

2. Medical Clearance

I confirm that I have consulted with, or have chosen not to consult with, a qualified medical professional regarding my ability to participate in this programme. I represent that I am in adequate physical condition to participate in the activities described in this application.

3. Pre-Existing Conditions

I acknowledge that I have disclosed any known pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations within this application. I understand that Project Phoenix and its creators are not liable for any injury or health event arising from undisclosed conditions.

4. Exercise Intensity

I understand that this programme contains high-intensity exercise including heavy resistance training, cardiovascular conditioning, and Olympic weightlifting movements. I will exercise my own judgement and cease activity if I experience pain, dizziness, chest discomfort, or unusual symptoms. I will seek medical attention immediately if required.

5. Professional Coaching

I understand and acknowledge the app's recommendation to seek qualified coaching for complex movements including barbell squats, deadlifts, Olympic lifts, and gymnastics movements. I accept full responsibility for my technique and loading decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I release, waive, and discharge Project Phoenix, its creators, developers, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, or liability arising from my participation in this programme.

7. Voluntary Participation

I confirm that my participation is entirely voluntary. I understand I may stop at any time. I have read and understood this agreement and agree to be bound by its terms.

8. Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. By accepting, I confirm I am of legal age to enter into this agreement in my jurisdiction.
